It must be unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and clean. All products must have the tags intact and attached (please keep the tag attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase). Gowns that are not in \u201Cnew condition\u201D may have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund, or non-refundable.
